What our guardianship services involve
Within the scope of a court appointment, our work can include communicating with care teams, coordinating services, monitoring living conditions, documenting decisions, and maintaining required reports. The responsibilities we accept depend on the appointment and the person’s circumstances.
Guardianship, conservatorship, and advocacy
Our services address different needs. Personal advocacy helps a person communicate preferences and navigate support. Conservatorship services focus on financial safeguarding and accountable asset management within authorized responsibilities. We discuss needs and available support before accepting a case.
